Put a cup of vegetable soup or tomato soup into the microwave. Serve it with whole-wheat crackers.

Combine the ready-to-eat cereal, nuts, and raisins. Put the snack inside a sandwich bag.

You can likewise serve them muffins, granola bars, healthy cookies, pretzels, and crackers.

More so, kids often crave for sweet foods. You can always let them have the sweets by including apples, cherries, bananas, oranges, strawberries, watermelon, and other fresh fruits.
